At Dailywiz, we want you to love the products you buy from us. We are committed to providing you with high-quality gadgets and household essentials. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected.

Please review our policy below to understand your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

2. Return Timeframe

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take great care in packing your orders. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately.

  • Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof Required: Please email us photos and a short video of the defect/damage at care.dailywiz@gmail.com.

  • Resolution: We will arrange a free reverse pickup and send a replacement immediately after verification.

Note: For electronic gadgets, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive the package. This helps resolve claims of physical damage or missing parts much faster.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods or hazardous materials.

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., grooming gadgets used on skin).

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software products.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

5. The Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Email us at care.dailywiz@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: We will review your request and send you instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Pickup/Shipping:

    • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will arrange a free reverse pickup.

    • If the return is due to a change of mind, you may be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse.

  4. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Credit Card/UPI/Wallet) within [5-7] business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount. We cannot provide cash refunds.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item (e.g., a different color), send us an email at [EMAIL ADDRESS].

8. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel it. You will have to receive the package and initiate a return request.
